Milligan Farms Return Policy

At Milligan Farms, we appreciate your support of our family farm and small business. Please review our return policy below.

-Dehydrated Sourdough Starter
Due to the nature of food-related products, all dehydrated sourdough starter sales are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will gladly work with you to make it right.

-Apparel & Merchandise
Unused, unworn, and unwashed merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:
- Item must be in original condition
- Item must be free of stains, odors, or damage
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item was damaged or incorrect

- Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If any item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

- Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Dehydrated sourdough starter
- Opened consumable items
- Custom or personalized products
- Sale items
